EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 2009, NorthPole Limited WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT MONEY ORDERS. CONSUMERS MUST HAVE VISA OR MASTERCARD WHEN PLACING THEIR PARTS ORDERS WITH PHONE CENTER REPRESENTATIVES.
Depending on the product, we may keep spare parts for up to 5 years, maybe longer. If you are a pioneer of NorthPole products, and own a tent from say 10 years ago, we more than likely do not carry those parts anymore, however we can provide contact information for companies that specially in this.
