Warranty Information and Instructions
Many NorthPole products have specific warranty coverage which is found in the manual supporting the product. Please check for details regarding your product or check the Find Your Manual link on this website.

If your product is covered by warranty, the decision to repair or replace will be made by NorthPole Limited. NorthPole Limited reserves the right to make substitutions to warranty claims if parts are unavailable or obsolete.

If repair is needed during the warranty period, the purchaser will be required to furnish a sales receipt as proof of purchase indicating date of purchase, amount paid and place of purchase. Product will not be covered under warranty due to damages resulting from misuse, excessive or abusive usage, and/or inclement weather conditions (i.e. wind storms, hurricanes, lightening storms, tornadoes). Acts of God resulting in damage to the product and its components are not covered under limited warranties. In such event, the consumer assumes cost of needed parts and/or shipping costs. NorthPole Limited is not responsible for normal wear and tear, zipper exhaustion, or the natural breakdown in materials that occurs with extended use.

Under no circumstance shall NorthPole Limited be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

Call the toll free number listed on your warranty or instruction manual during normal business hours in Central Time zone. Please have a copy of your purchase receipt from an authorized dealer as proof of purchase at the time of your call.
